Sub-processors and data processing
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Agile Gauge reads your Azure DevOps data in your own browser. Your work items, sprints and their content never reach us or any service below. These are the services that handle the small amount of data a license needs.
Sub-processors
| Service | What it does for us | Data it receives | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure | Runs our licensing service and its database; hosts this website | License, trial, seat, admin, audit, payment and support ticket records; standard web request logs | United States (Central US) |
| Paddle | Reseller and Merchant of Record: checkout, payment, tax, invoicing and failed-payment recovery (Paddle Retain) | The buyer's name, email address, company, address, tax number and payment details | United Kingdom and worldwide |
| Resend | Sends the license-key email, and tells our support team that a ticket needs an answer | Recipient email address and the license email: the key, its seats, paid-through date and reference number. For a ticket, only the ticket and organization references, sent to our own support address | United States |
| Cloudflare | DNS for agilegauge.com | None beyond the DNS lookup itself | Worldwide |
The buyer's details go to Paddle directly. From Paddle we keep only transaction and subscription references, amounts, currency, tax and country, not the buyer's name, email address or postal address. To send the license key, we ask Paddle for the buyer's email address when the email is sent, and delete it from our database right after. Resend keeps its own log of sent emails, recipient included, for 30 days.
Support tickets opened from the Extension are stored by our licensing service on Microsoft Azure. When a ticket needs our answer, Resend emails our own support address with only the ticket and organization references and a link to our admin panel, never the ticket's subject or messages. We never email customers about tickets.
Microsoft Azure DevOps is not on this list: it is your own service, and Agile Gauge's settings are stored in your organization through Microsoft's Extension Data Service, under your control.
Changes to this list
We update this page before a new sub-processor starts handling customer data. The date above shows when it last changed.
Data processing agreement
If your organization needs a data processing agreement (DPA), email [email protected] and we will send ours for signature.
