Support

The quickest way to reach us is a support ticket, opened from inside Agile Gauge. You can also email [email protected] and we'll get back to you. There is no phone support at this stage.

Open a ticket from Agile Gauge

Open the Support page in Agile Gauge's left menu and start a new ticket: pick a category, write a subject and your message, and send it. We answer from our own support tool, you see the answer on the same page, and you can reply until the ticket is closed. The page opens even when Agile Gauge is locked, for example when the trial has ended or you have no seat.

A ticket is seen by the person who opened it and by your organization's Agile Gauge admins and Project Collection Administrators, so it is not lost when its author leaves. A ticket already carries your organization and user references, so you do not need to type them.

Tickets are text only: you cannot attach a file or a screenshot. Please do not write personal data, such as names or email addresses, in a ticket.

When a ticket is waiting for your answer, Agile Gauge shows a count next to Support in its left menu. We never email you about a ticket: we do not hold your email address.

A ticket's subject and messages are deleted 90 days after it is closed. What we keep, and why, is in the privacy policy.

Help us help you faster

  • If you email us: your organization and user references, which start with ORG- and USR-. Agile Gauge shows them on its Support page, with a copy button. We never need a login or password.
  • Which view you were on (for example, Cycle Time or WIP Monitor)
  • What you expected to see, and what you saw instead
  • By email only: a screenshot, if you can share one, with anything sensitive covered
  • Whether this affects everyone in your organization or just you

Agile Gauge reads only from your own Azure DevOps organization, in your browser. We do not have a copy of your work item data to look at on our end: if something looks wrong, we'll need your description, and by email a screenshot, to diagnose it, not access to your data. See the privacy policy for the exact data path.
