Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked

Every payment for Agile Gauge can be refunded in full within 14 days of the date it was charged. That covers your first purchase, every monthly or yearly renewal, and any charge for seats you added. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, or include it in your message.
2. Tell us which payment you want refunded. The order number on Paddle's receipt email is the quickest way; the date and amount work too.
3. We confirm by email and ask Paddle, our reseller, to return the money.

You can also ask Paddle directly: every receipt email from Paddle has a link to your order.

What happens next

• The money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, including any tax charged. Paddle reviews each refund before approving it; after that, most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• A refund of your current period ends the license: when Paddle approves it, the license is closed, the seats are released and the subscription is cancelled, so you will not be charged again.
• A refund of a charge for added seats returns that charge only. Your license and your other seats are not affected.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can still cancel at any time: cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. The 14-day free trial is there so you can try every feature before paying.

Your rights under the law

This policy adds to your statutory rights; it does not limit them. Where consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from the purchase or to a refund on other terms, that right applies as well.
