Billing and your subscription
Payments for Agile Gauge are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle sends your receipts and invoices, and every receipt email has a link to manage your subscription. Seats are managed inside Agile Gauge.
Add or remove users
An organization admin changes the number of seats inside Agile Gauge, under Configuration → Access, where seats are also assigned to people. Adding users is charged only for the time left in the current period; removing users credits the unused time against your next bill. Your license key stays the same. Configuration → License shows the seats purchased and in use, and when the current period ends.
Update your card or payment method
Use the "manage subscription" link in any receipt email from Paddle. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it and emails you a link to update your card; Agile Gauge keeps working while it does.
Invoices and receipts
Paddle emails a receipt with a tax invoice for every payment. You can download past invoices from the same "manage subscription" link, or look up any order at paddle.net with the email address you paid with.
Company name, address or VAT number
Add a VAT or tax number at checkout to have it on your invoices. Your billing details live with Paddle, our reseller: change them through the "manage subscription" link in any receipt email from Paddle. We do not hold them.
Switch between monthly and yearly
Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, and we will move your subscription over. Yearly billing costs 10 months' worth: two months free.
Cancel
Cancel from the "manage subscription" link, or email us. Cancelling stops future renewals; Agile Gauge keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for. Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days: see the refund policy.
